Compensation and Benefits

TXI is committed to providing a competitive compensation package. Base salaries and benefit plans are consistent with regional trends and sensitive to similar industry practices.
All TXI employees are included in a bonus plan. When the company achieves superior productivity and/or financial goals, employees share in the accomplishments.
