TXI, a cement, aggregate and concrete company, is also proud to have a strong brand name for packaged cement, masonry and concrete products. To add to its product line, the package group has taken on the licenses of other top brand names in specific building material fields, including SAKRETE^® and SPEC MIX^®. TXI has held the SAKRETE license for Texas and the SPEC MIX license was acquired for the Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston areas in 2005 through 2006.

The Company is also a licensor for other manufacturers. For example, TXI’s proprietary blend MAXIMIZER^™ Concrete Mix has a strong brand name with other producers and retailers. As a result of demand, it is licensed to other entities and is available in 13 states.

MAXIMIZER Concrete delivers superior product using a special aggregate formula and is uniquely formulated to provide more coverage per bag than the leading competitor. One 40 lb. bag of MAXIMIZER will do the job of most 80 lb. bags of ordinary concrete. Using MAXIMIZER allows you to finish projects in less time with outstanding results.

When comparing MAXIMIZER to regular concrete mix it is easy to see the difference. It is much easier to mix and one bag yields almost twice as much. Those benefits are the easiest to see. However, once you have finished your project you can have the piece-of-mind knowing that it will cure to the strength of 5500psi.
